Purchase and usage terms for electronic Gift Card at “Milzkalns” ski resort

1. This document defines the terms and conditions of sale of the electronic gift card of the ski resort “Milzkalns” (address “Dižkalni”, Smārde Parish, Tukums District).
2. By purchasing an electronic gift card, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms.
3. The seller of the electronic gift card is “Froks”, Ltd, registration no. 40003590231, legal address 46 Mūkusalas Street, Riga.
4. The place of use of the electronic gift card is ski resort “Milzkalns”, “Dižkalni”, Smārde Parish, Tukums District.
5. The gift card can be paid online in the app SkiPassBaltics or www.skipassbaltics.eu. By paying your chosen amount for an electronic gift card, you are given the opportunity to print an electronic gift card with a unique number. If you have not printed out the electronic gift card at the time of purchase, then the electronic gift card in .pdf format with a unique gift card number will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you. The gift card number provides information to the Seller about the Buyer's right to obtain the selected service.
6. The amount of the electronic gift card can be used several times when paying for services at the Skipassbaltics or on site at the Milzkalns cash desk. The gift card cannot be used for instructor services and payments in the cafe!
7. You can find out the balance of the gift card in the SkiPassBaltics application or www.skipassbaltics.eu .
8. The electronic gift card is valid for the current and next winter season, regardless of the time it was purchased. The recipient of the gift card confirms that he understands that the beginning, end, as well as breaks in the winter season depend on weather conditions and cannot be predicted in advance. 9. The gift card is non-refundable, renewable or exchangeable for cash.
10. From the moment of purchasing the electronic gift card, the Buyer is personally responsible for its security. The purchaser of the electronic gift card shall ensure that the unique gift card identities do not fall into the hands of third parties and are not misused.
11. By purchasing an electronic gift card, the buyer agrees to the terms of purchase and use of the electronic gift card. When transferring an electronic gift card to another person, the Buyer is obliged to inform the recipient about the terms of use and is responsible for the recipient's compliance with these terms.
